You must be at least 21 years old and use this website and materials only for lawful laboratory research, with the knowledge, facilities and authorizations appropriate to the material and proposed lawful work.

An entry acknowledgement is your declaration. It does not certify your qualifications or authorize a prohibited use.

For laboratory research only. Do not administer to humans or animals. Catalog information does not establish clinical safety, efficacy or approval for another use.

Do not consume these materials or use them for clinical investigation, diagnostic procedures or treatment. Poise does not provide human or animal usage or dosing guidance. A listing or scientific reference is not proof of safety, efficacy or approval for any other use.

Provide accurate information when using enabled services, keep credentials private, use your account responsibly and report unauthorized access to Poise. Do not access another person’s account or misrepresent your identity or authority.

Registration and email-based recovery may be unavailable; existing-account sign-in is supported. Availability of an account feature is not a guarantee of uninterrupted service or email delivery. You are responsible for lawful use, subject to the rights and obligations that applicable law imposes on Poise.

Catalog details, prices and availability may change. The exact material, variant and quantity matter; review the specific selection rather than relying on a family summary or preview photo.

Reference chemistry and literature provide reference information. Only an authentic, matched lot-specific report supports claims within that report’s scope for that lot. A listing or price is not stock or testing approval and does not guarantee fulfillment.

We may correct errors and decline an unaccepted request. Corrections do not retroactively change the terms of an already accepted order except by agreement or as permitted or required by law.

Current checkout saves unpaid requests. It does not collect payment or card details, collect shipping information or arrange shipping. A saved request or acknowledgement is not a paid order, an accepted or fulfilled order, or a shipping confirmation.

Requests must meet the eligibility, availability and documentation requirements shown for the selected material. If payment or fulfillment becomes available, applicable prices, charges and conditions must be presented before a transaction is completed.

Nothing in these Terms or our policies limits any refund, replacement, warranty or other remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. Mandatory rights apply even where a policy describes sales as final.

Do not use the website for unlawful acts, fraud or impersonation; gain unauthorized access; interfere with services; introduce malware; scrape in a way that disrupts services or bypasses controls; disable eligibility or security safeguards; or facilitate prohibited use of materials.

These restrictions do not impose a blanket ban on lawful accessibility work or lawful security research that respects applicable law and does not compromise other people’s information or disrupt service.

Poise content and branding are protected by applicable law and belong to Poise or its licensors, as applicable. You may use the website for limited, lawful personal or internal laboratory evaluation, while respecting third-party rights. This does not grant an implied patent license or license to use materials for otherwise prohibited purposes.

Public scientific facts are not claimed as Poise’s exclusive property. External websites are independent, governed by their own terms and privacy notices, and are not endorsed merely because we link to them.

The automated guide provides website navigation and website or account help only. Automated responses may be inaccurate; contact Poise staff about important account or order matters.

The guide does not provide product selection, research interpretation, protocols, dosing, medical, veterinary or safety advice. Do not submit sensitive personal information. A guide response does not modify these Terms, approve material use or approve an order.

We use reasonable care to keep website information useful, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, website content and services are provided as available, without a promise of experimental results or suitability for a particular experiment.

Nothing here excludes non-excludable statutory obligations or remedies, or liability that cannot legally be waived. These website terms do not remove product warranties or other responsibilities that applicable law requires Poise to honor.

We may reasonably restrict access in response to misuse, security risks or violations of law, subject to applicable law. Contact staff if you believe a restriction is an error.

Changes to these Terms apply prospectively. We update the last-updated date and provide notice or seek consent when legally required. Entry and research-use confirmations are separate declarations, not acceptance records for these Terms. Terms for an already accepted transaction are not changed retroactively except by agreement or law.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions apply to the extent lawful.
